Nazmun Ismail is a founding member of Central Chambers and is Chambers Financial Director.
Nazmun has undertaken general civil work with a particular emphasis on :
Judicial Review. Nazmun deal with all aspects of judicial review in a wide variety of cases including community care, social housing, welfare law and human rights.
Personal Injury/Health & Safety/Industrial Diseases including cases concerning catastrophic injuries, Fatal Accident Act claims/Law. Reform Act claims, Industrial injuries (asbestosis, dermatitis, occupational asthma, along with health & safety work concerning the MHA and other Regulations, Road Traffic Accidents. Nazmun is well known for her thoroughness in respect of pleadings, advices and opinions.
Asset forfeiture and confiscation. Nazmun's expertise in thorough analysis of papers and having undertaken mathematics as part of her undergraduate studies and which she continues to take an interest in, places her at some advantage when dealing with cases concerning civil restraint orders, receivership and disclosure, variations of restraint orders, the Assets Recovery Agency and money laundering issues.
