Central Chambers is well-established in the heart of Manchester city centre; we are a mixed Criminal and Civil set. The pupillages will be common law pupillages with the successful applicants gaining experience in all areas including crime, family, civil and immigration.
Following completion of their first-six, a decision will be made as to the area in which the pupil will specialise.
Selected applicants will be invited for interview. The interview process will consist of two rounds: an initial short interview and for those successful, a second longer interview which will include an oral advocacy exercise and a written exercise to assess potential.
Interviews will be held during March and early April.
We will let those who are selected know as soon as possible. The pupillage will be with a view to tenancy
