Nick McCall

Before commencing his career in law, Nick worked for 15 years within a Social Care Department and then a union office for a Local Authority. His practice at the Bar is foremost in family law.

During this time, Nick undertook his legal studies and graduated
with a First Class LLB (Hons.) degree at Manchester Metropolitan University, following which, he completed the BPTC with Very Competent.

He was called to the Bar in 2012.

After being called, Nick worked extensively within Local Authority Legal Departments, where he specialised in both Adult Social Care and Education Law.

Excellence Through Continuity of Representation

Nick has experience of the Court of Protection, the First Tier Education Tribunal and the Coroner’s Court. He also advised and conducted matters concerning Ordinary Residence Disputes, Care Home Charging, the Mental Health Act and Adult Safeguarding.

In addition, Nick frequently advised Headteachers, Chairs of Governors, and Directors of Education on all aspects of education law.

In his spare time, Nick is a keen amateur musician.
