Jan 12 – Present Central Chambers. Keith joined Chambers at the beginning of the year as a criminal practitioner and has been instructed in a multitude of cases in the Magistrates’ courts in relation road traffic offences. He has provided written advice to senior solicitors in a number of firms in relation road traffic matters and specifically, the available defences. In addition, he is frequently assisting other members of Chambers, often when dealing with road traffic matters.
Sep 10 – Sep 11 Pupillage (Criminal) – Rose & Dunn Solicitor-Advocates. In addition to the general aspects of pupillage, Keith was tasked with conduct of the road traffic department and provided advice to senior lawyers in respect of the same. Conduct of a range of road traffic offences ranging from simple offences of speeding through to more complicated matters involving procedure.
