Within Chambers we have a highly skilled Prison Law team who offer expert advice and representation in the following areas:-

- abuse of power by prison authorities

- refusal of oral hearing by the Parole Board

- delay in Parole Board hearings

- unlawful or irrational categorisation

- availability and suitability of courses designed to enable calculation of risk factors

- unjust "informal" disciplinary system decisions

- conduct of adjudications

MISS ALAHA FARYL

I am pleased to announce that Miss Faryl has joined Chambers as a tenant. She was called in 2003 and her areas of practice are Immigration, Employment, Personal Injury and Family.
